Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Aging: 18 months in new French oak barrels and 18 months in bottle

Nose: Complex aroma, with balsamic, spicy notes, cinnamon, vanilla sticking out. Aromas of very ripe red fruits and as far as it absorbs oxygen in the glass there are creamy aromas such as cocoa and coffee.

Color: medium intensity garnet ruby ??color. Slightly purple reflections on the edges. A striking tear on the glass

Palate: tannins well harmonized with the wood. You can hear roasted notes that leave an intense aroma in the mouth. With body and structure to maintain a favorable development in the coming years. Very sustainable taste.

The wine, produced from a strict selection of the oldest vines with the lowest production in the Binissalem-Mallorca area, is bottled in 75 cl and 1.5 l bottles and in a limited edition.

It is recommended to open the bottle an hour in advance and use a larger red wine glass to improve the oxygenation of the wine during the tasting.
